Indirect anterior restorations

The indirect restoration of anterior teeth requires durable and aesthetic ceramic materials, which can be bonded to the tooth surface. However, this procedure is often complex and requires extensive knowledge of the materials and products used.

In this course, participants will learn how to select and prepare for indirect restorations in the anterior region, from full crowns to veneers and adhesive bridges. All the different steps in the workflow are discussed, starting from case selection, tooth preparation, impressions and provisionals to material selection, cementation and maintenance. During the hands-on activities, the participants will perform all the different steps in the workflow, including 2D and 3D smile design, mockup, tooth preparation, making the provisional and cementation the final restoration.

13:30-15:00 Restorative materials for indirect restorations, their indications and properties. Cementation protocol, finishing. 



15:30-17:00 Hands-on: Isolation and retraction, cementation and finishing of the restoration
